Apr 13, 2012 -- 11:24amI found this article from Forbes fascinating. Now, I don't eat Kobe beef on a regular basis but I have had something in a high-end restaurant called Kobe beef. Now I learn that isn't what I was eating at all. What a ripoff! There are all sorts of restrictions on what you can call bourbon or whisky but apparently the USDA will let you call ANYTHING Kobe beef. Grrrrr
