Every time Shirley and I go to a Chinese restaurant I will generally order the "General Tso's Chicken". I always remind myself to look up who the dickens General Tso is and why the chicken is named after him. By the time I arrive at home I've completely forgotten the question. Today, it occurred to me again and here is the answer. I still can't figure the chicken thing out though. Sounds like this guy was pretty mean and pretty good at what he did.
